Photofold is a friendly club that has been running for nearly 25 years to serve the interests of amateur photographers in the Billericay area. We currently have over 40 members of both sexes with a full age range and varying levels of expertise.
We seek to encourage each other to improve our standards in all branches of photography. This is done at weekly meetings at The Fold, 72 Laindon Road, Billericay on Tuesday evenings, September to June from 8 - 10 pm.
There are talks on various aspects of photography and related subjects, practical demonstrations and competitions. Some of these latter are between club members and some are against other local clubs. Members photographs are either slides or prints and, in the case of the latter, are produced by traditional methods or through members own computers.
