The Chelmsford Association of Photographic Societies is located in Chelmsford, Essex, UK. It aims to promote local photography, encourage co-operation and competition between clubs in the Association and provide a network of like-minded photographers in our area. Member clubs are : All CAPS clubs are affliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain through the East Anglian Federation of Photographic Societies.
